The second season at the Nation’s new outdoor theatre, KILWORTH HOUSE, opened with an all embracing production of Rogers and Hammerstein’s’ classic., OKLAHOMA. Set amid the grounds of this country estate the verdant fields and babbling brooks made the perfect backdrop for an evening of song and dance. The West end cast and magnificent orchestra brought Mitch Sebastian’s dramatic production to life. As the night fell and all the young lovers ran among the trees and farmland the play galloped towards it’s dark and menacing climax.

A sold out season confirmed that theatre has become an annual, “Must See Event”.
